POTATO PANCAKES



 Ingredients:

  • 3-4 peeled and boiled potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon potato flour
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella or pasty cheese polished to sensitivity


Indications:

1. Frontal shearing and gurgling the potatoes.

2. then crush them and add salt, pepper, flour and mayonnaise.

3. Once you have obtained a homogeneous blend, form the pancakes by filling them with mozzarella or pinrel.

4. Cook them in a pan with cream.
