Ingredients:
- 3-4 peeled and boiled potatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon potato flour
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Mozzarella or pasty cheese polished to sensitivity
Indications:
1. Frontal shearing and gurgling the potatoes.
