Carrot CupCake

  • 250 g of flour
  • 250 g of Sugar
  • 250 g of carrots
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 g of yeast
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 22 cm cast.


1. To prepare this tasty carrot cake the first thing you have to do is grate the carrot.

2. You have to peel them and pass them through a crusher, you can also cut them into small pieces or make them into small pieces by the method you prefer, but it is necessary that there are no big pieces left.

3. Next you can prepare the cake.

4. In a bowl you put the sugar with the eggs and beat them for several minutes, until you see them with more volume and much clearer.

5. Immediately you put the oil on it and beat again.

6. In another container besides mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stir with a spoon.

7. Put a sweetener over the liquids and sieve the flour mixture you just prepared.

8. To mix the flour don't use any mechanical instrument, a spatula or a wooden spoon will suffice.

9. All you need is to stir the mixture gently until all the ingredients are integrated. This way you'll have a fluffy carrot cake.
