500 g of flour

300 ml of whole milk

25 grams of fresh yeast

2 tablespoons of white sugar

1 tablespoon of butter

1 teaspoon salt

1. We heat the milk for 40 seconds at full power in the microwave.

2. Pull out, shred the fresh yeast and mix with the help of a fork until completely diluted.

3. In another big bowl we threw the flour, sugar, salt and a tablespoon of butter, this one has to be really cold.

4. Mix for a couple of minutes.

5. We make a gap in the center of the mixture, pour the milk and yeast.

6. We hand knead until we get a shiny dough and it doesn't stick to our hands. If the latter were to happen to us, we would add a little more flour until we reach the goal.

7. Once we have the dough, we prepare a ball, place in the bowl and cover with paper film.

8. We left for one hour.

9. We pull the dough out onto a floured surface. We laid with the help of a roller until we got a sheet about a centimeter and a half thick.

10. When cutting dough into donuts we can do it in several ways, in our case we use a pineapple short. Although we can also use two different sized lids; a coffee bottle lid and a water bottle lid are perfect for doughnut cutting.

11. Once we have the dough cut into dough we place them on a tray with baking paper and cover with a cloth. We are leaving for another hour.

12. Put to heat in a skillet abundant sunflower oil.

13. Soon as it gets hot we fry the donuts, both sides.

14. We pull it out on absorbent paper.
