Homemade Donuts

Ingredients:

3 cups of flour
1/8 cup of water
3/4 cup of warm milk
1 cda yeast
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cdta of salt
1 egg
1/4 cup of margarine

Preparation:

We begin via taking the water and yeast to a bowl. The water should be warm. Let sit for a minute then add milk, egg, margarine, sugar and salt.

Mix and add flour little by little until it sticks to bowl.

When it has a firm enough consistency, we take the batter to the mason and knead for 3 minutes, adding flour as we knead.

After the three minutes and once the dough doesn't stick to the mason, we let it read in a bowl covered for an hour.

After this time we knead again to remove the air from the mass, if you need a little flour they are adding a little.

We stretch our dough until it's an inch and cut into donuts.

We take each doughnut to a waxed paper with a little oil, cover with a towel and leave it for an hour.

Over time, fry in a pot with oil at medium-low temperature for 30 seconds on each side.

At the end, we remove the oil, take to an absorbent napkin and allow to cool.
For the icing, we mix a cup of powdered sugar with a tablespoon of vegetable butter.

Add a milk scoop and let's mix.

Having our mix nearly prepared, we microwave for 20 seconds, dispose of and blend. If it’s still very thick, reheat for a few seconds and mix.

To that frosting we can add chocolate or some flavorings and coloring to change it up.

To icing the donut, we dip it in half in the icing and remove. We can add any chocolate rain, colours, peanuts and any decorations you like.

Ready!! We can now enjoy these tasty donuts.
