Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g of ground beef
2 tablespoons of Mexican beef seasoning or Mexican spices
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tomato salad
1 avocado
1 fresh onion
4 wheat tortillas for burritos
8 slices of pickled jalapeño chilis
A few leaves of coriander
Preparation:
1. Saute the chopped onions and garlic cloves in a skillet
2. Add the ground beef and cook on high heat to golden
3.Incorporate the seasoning or Mexican spices and salt to spice it up and give it more
flavre.
4. Prepare a side of tomato, avocado and onion to accompany
5. To assemble the burrito, place the ground beef in the center with some jalapeño slices and some cilantro leaves
6. Roll up the burrito in package form and serve whole or in two halves, served with the side
